Your choice of starter, served at 1pm.
Served with crusty bread and butter.
Oak smoked Scottish salmon with orange and beetroot salad and a raifort sauce.
Served with dressed leaves and a classic piccalilli.
Served with asparagus spears, rocket and a balsamic glaze.
Served from the carvery with your choice of as many, or as few, of the following sides as you'd like. Yorkshire pudding, stuffing balls, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, dauphinoise potatoes, mashed potato, honey roast parsnips, roasted butternut squash, cauliflower cheese, brussel sprouts, carrots and peas.
